The following policies and procedures apply to any onlinecontinuing education course offered by College of Real Estate, Inc:

1. Fees: The course fee is paid at registration and is non-refundable once the student begins the program.

2. Certificate: An electronic continuing education certificate will be sent to each student upon course completion and receipt of the electronic evaluation form. Your course registration and completion information will also be retained by College of Real Estate, Inc. for five years as required by LLR.

3. Attendance Policy: The registering student is required to complete the course in its entirety and will be asked to sign an affidavit stating that he or she personally did so.
