For live classes, full refunds will be issued if course cancellation request is received in writing at least 10 days prior to class date. No refunds will be issued for “no shows” on class date.

For distance delivery, a full refund will be issued if the request is received within 10 days after purchasing the class, as long as the student has not completed the course.

We reserve the right to cancel a live course if a minimum number of students do not register. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, students will be offered the option of full refund or transfer to a later class.

Our courses are offered to anyone over the age of eighteen regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or handicap. If you need special accommodations, please notify us as soon as possible.

A student is entitled to a full refund for any books or materials purchased if he/she notifies the us in writing by midnight of the 10th calendar day after the purchase date. All materials must be returned in unmarked and reusable condition and received within 14 days after the purchase date. A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned materials.
