Identity Verification Requirement

It's important to note that the Arizona Department of Real Estate mandates a verification system to confirm that participants are indeed the individuals they represent themselves to be. As part of this requirement, you will need to take a snapshot of yourself before each quiz and test to verify your identity. The snapshot must clearly show your face; otherwise, we reserve the right to deny certification. This step ensures that all certifications are awarded fairly and accurately to the correct individuals.

90 Hour Salesperson and Broker Online Licensing Terms and Conditions

Once the 90 Hour Online Salesperson Course or 90 Hour Online Broker Course is purchased, please allow 1 business day to get your account set up. You will receive an email with the link to the course, your username, and your password to sign in.

The 90 Hour Salesperson and Broker Online Course and final school exam must be completed within six months from the date enrolled. No extensions will be granted. Student will need to pay a new enrollment fee and start the 90-hour course from the beginning as content may have changed.

Refunds for 90 Hour Salesperson and Broker Online Licensing Course

  • Must be requested within 30 days of enrollment
  • A $50.00 processing and cancellation fee will apply to any and all cancellations

If a refund is requested after attempting any class, that student will be given a partial refund based on the number of sessions taken, attempted, and started.

  • 1-3 sessions = 50% refund
  • 4-6 sessions = 25% refund
  • 7+ sessions = NO REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS will be issued if price is reduced (regular price is $799), using a coupon, promotional code, or voucher.

Final Exam

The final exam for the 90 Hour Salesperson and Broker Online Course is to be taken in person at the school’s location, 2325 E Camelback Rd #400 Phoenix, AZ 85016 by appointment only. The earliest the test can be scheduled is at 9:00 AM and the test must be completed by 4:00 PM Monday – Friday.

Please note that when you come to take the final exam, you will need to park in the parking garage. Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking, and the cost is approximately $12. Please plan accordingly for your parking needs.

Continuing Education Courses/Packages Terms and Conditions

Once a course or package is purchased, please allow 1 business day to get your account set up. You will receive an email with the link to the course, your username, and your password to sign in.
All Online Continuing Education courses/packages are to be completed within 90 days of enrollment.

Refunds for Continuing Education Courses/Packages

  • Must be requested within 5 days of enrollment
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued if certificate(s) have been issued
  • Courses must be completed within 90 days of enrollment. No extensions will be provided.

Legal Notice

All notices from The College of Real Estate Corporation (“Company”) to You may be posted on our website, CollegeOfRealEstate.com, and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to The College of Real Estate Corporation shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our website, or by first-class mail to our principal business address. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to The College of Real Estate Corporation five (5) days after the date sent.
