What is Contract Writing?
The introduction to Contract Writing is a 6-hour course approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate that teaches Contract Law and Real Estate Legal Issues. This class is needed in order to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson’s License and is separate from the 90-hour Salesperson Course.
Our Instructor and President, Earnest Guill, brings real life examples when explaining the process in selling and buying a home. In this course you will have a clear understanding of a purchase contract, the four listing agreements, addendums, counter offers, seller disclosure statement, and other real estate related terminology and content. The class is a live lecture class with an open forum format.
