Course Structure and Testing
Our courses primarily involve extensive reading followed by multiple choice questions to assess your understanding of the material. To successfully complete the course and receive your certificate, you must pass the course final test with a minimum score of 80%. If necessary, you can retake the test multiple times to achieve this passing score.
Identity Verification Requirement
It's important to note that the Arizona Department of Real Estate mandates a verification system to confirm that participants are indeed the individuals they represent themselves to be. As part of this requirement, you will need to take a snapshot of yourself before each test to verify your identity. The snapshot must clearly show your face; otherwise, we reserve the right to deny certification. This step ensures that all certifications are awarded fairly and accurately to the correct individuals.
